THE APPOINTMENT PROCESS

• 30 minute Zoom Call: Consultations will be via Zoom for 30 minutes where your referral can ask all the questions they need with a live Attorney to feel confident about moving forward to complete their Living Trust. The Attorney will gather information to recommend your referral what Estate Planning needs they may have. 
• Payment: If the client is ready to move forward with their Trust, the Attorney will take the payment information and begin intake or set a 2nd appointment to do intake to design the Trust documents. 
• Draft Review: A draft will be emailed to the client to review all names, birthdates and designations are correct. Client will need to reply to the email to approve all details and notify of any changes. 
• Mobile Notary: Once the draft has been approved, Trust documents will be created and sent to the notary to bring to the client. The notary will contact the client to schedule a time to come to their home. 
• County Recording: The notary will leave all notarized documents with instructions for the client to take them to their county recording to file. (County recording can be done for the client with the Custom Plan)
• PDF copy of the Living Trust: The client will be sent via email a PDF copy of their Living Trust. (A printed Trust in a binder is available with the Custom Plan)

LIVING TRUST PLAN DETAILS 

• Earn a $400 Referral Fee for your referral

• Basic Plan: $1,299
• Payment Options are available for an additional fee: $59/monthly for 24 months = $1,400.16  (for clients)  OR $59/monthly for 15 months (for agents)
• A Revocable Living Trust. Includes Complimentary Consultation, Mobile Notary and Email PDF of the completed Living Trust. 

• It is recommended the referring agent is on the call with the client & attorney. 
• Does not include County recording. Client will be given instructions to record their documents with their county. 
• All beneficiaries must be granted EQUAL distribution, otherwise plan turns into a Custom Plan. 
• Partners must be MARRIED, otherwise plan turns into a Custom Plan because additional specific design is involved.
• Any add-ons to Basic Plans (ie additional properties) are $100 paid upfront.
• Changes to a Basic Plan can range from $400-$600. 

• Custom Plan: $3,000
• Payment Option: $1,500 deposit, the remaining balance is due when Trust is delivered.
• Complete service includes: Notary, County recording, and hard copy Binder of Living Trust. 

• Custom plans are available where more details are important to include in a Living Trust. 
• Changes to a Custom Plan can range from $100-$500.
• A Basic Plan will change to a Custom Plan if: 

• Special Needs Plan: $5,000

REFERRAL FEES

• Upon 1st Referral, an email registration for payment will be sent out, a Google Doc to collect the referring agent's contact information to set up a Wingspan Referral Payment. 
• Referral Fees payments are issued every 15th and 30th of every month once the Trust has been notarized and completely paid. 
• Then an email from Wingspan will be sent to create you account. 

• If your client paid for their Trust, and after 2 weeks you did not receive an email to register for your Referral Fee payment, send an email to GarciaSahni at the contact information below to notify them. 

1. Your Name & Email may not have been on the Calendly form when you scheduled your referral. 
2. You can verify by checking to see if you received an email confirmation for the appointment when it was scheduled. 
3. Search your email for messages from @garciasahni.com
